Seal up your leaking crack pipe with this o-ring to keep your coolant where it should be. The crack or bypass pipe, is the plastic coolant pipe located under your intake manifold on the front of the block. Being the first piece of coolant plumbing after your water pump, it endures high pressure and volume all the time. A small leak here will turn into a headache later, so if your engine bay has started to smell sweet, as burning coolant often does, it is time to look into replacing any worn seals or hose. A warped head is not worth the gamble over a faulty O-ring!
